Dr Dawn Smiley-Byrd is a Diabetes & Metabolism Endocrinologist with 26 years of experience. She is currently affiliated with Atrium Health Floyd Endocrinology.
She received her bachelor's degree from Fisk University in Nashville, Tennessee, in 1995 and was her class valedictorian. She earned her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1999 and her Master of Science in Clinical Research from Emory University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in 2008.
Dr. Smiley-Byrd is a member of the American Diabetes Association and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists and is on faculty at Emory University School of Medicine.
